Bulk crushed to less than 100m
3. ORIGIN
3.1 - Iraq. Iran, Turkey Or Syria or another counry
4. QUANITY
4.1. 30000 MT per month for 12 months. Total 360,000 MT
5. PACKING
5.1-In 1000 Kg big bags suitable for ocean transportation. Extra bags (equal
to
2% of the total number of bags used to pack the consignment) must be
included
free of charge with the consignment.
7. LETTER OF CREDIT & PERFORMANCE BOND
7.1 - The Buyer shall open non-operative Letter of credit in accordance with
Conditions of sale and which will become operative on receipt of an
acceptable
active Performance Bond of 2% of the value.
8. DESTINATION
8.1 - CIF at Vessel\'s quay Durban, South Africa
9. DELIVERY
9.1 -- Shipment to commence up to 35 working days after active Letter of
Credit
is established at Sellers bank.
10. DISCHARGE RATE
10.1 - Discharge Rate: Approximately 3000 (three thousand) MT per day
